- You will act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at local level.
- You will undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g., providing legal advice, analyzing data trends.
- You will support managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees.
- You will facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program.
- You will conduct reviews, preparatory talks and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with defined Performance Management process.
- You will keep up to date with latest development in HR industry and labor legislation.
- You will enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations.
- You will connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g., external service providers.
- You may convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
- You will build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers.
- You will understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders.
- You will provide technical guidance to line managers and employees.
- You will be an individual contributor who may manage two or fewer employees.
- You may direct the work of other lower-level professionals or manage processes and programs.
- You will coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- HR Certification
- 4 years’ experience of more
- Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc.
- Business understanding
- Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships
- Proven experience of delivery of organizational change projects
