The right candidate will support the purchasing department with a variety of clerical tasks.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain vendor packets and qualificationsRequests for pricing, load price changesRevising/updating features listsUpdating projects vendor listsPricing and distributing design changesKeeping all plans updated and in stockNew project product bindersKeep the office organizedCoordinate all paperwork for vendorsProcess purchase orders, change orders and notices to proceedCreate and maintain contract filesResearch invoice or purchase order issues as neededPrepare bid packagesQualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
