Description :Job Summary:ITC is seeking an individual who will be an essential part of our leadership team responsible for managing local telecom drop, installation, repair and maintenance technicians and executing client driven schedules and requirements. The territory this role will manage are new markets with unique associated challenges. ITC is seeking an individual who is capable and willing to work closely with established market leadership to implement SOPs and launch the associated market efficiently to reach a “business as usual” model. Existing Telcom and or residential construction experience is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. We offer competitive pay and an extensive benefits package.Responsibilities:Financial OperationsEmployee will be responsible for addressing Regional Profit and Loss (P&L) expectations and address both positively and negatively impacting factors. Budget establishment, analysis, and maintenance is a critical aspect of this role. This can include all aspects from capital expense to operational objectives. Employee will work hand in hand with business unit leaders in establishing financial forecasting for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitor and approve expenditures; implement adjustments.Program OperationsAt a program level, this role will be working with business leaders in establishing and maintaining operating strategies including key business drivers, client relations at a local level, productivity while maintaining quality, scope control and best business practices. This position will be an essential part of market expansion operations, with expectations to have multiple roles associated with the associated market territory growth and new market establishment. ITC expects the employee to update their job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.Market OperationsAs the responsible leader within the given market, this role is an essential part of our employee’s development and company culture growth. This includes but not limited to mentoring, training, impress safety for the employee, employee and team development, market share growth, and quality control activities. This role will be a critical participant of any safety & OSHA investigations to ensure best practices and compliance is maintained as well as responsible for following Workers Comp guidelines and damage processes set up by ITC management. With 7 day per week service windows, employee must be able to work flexible hours with the understanding that workdays can be more than normal hours, including weekend and holiday work. Maintenance of scheduling for the workforce appropriate to workload and analyze previous workload trends to make necessary adjustments will be an ongoing responsibility. Day to day business will include management of service offerings, repair service, maintenance, splicing and warehouse functions of the regional operating district and ensure that high-quality, reliable services are provided to customers on a timely basis.Job Requirements
  • Software: MS Word, MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook Express and any other software programs as required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. Excellent spelling and comprehensive skills.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills not limited to performance, management, and communication skills in order to deliver a consistent message of performance expectations.

Physical Demands
  • Work involves standing, talking, hearing, using hands to manipulate, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reaching with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and smell for extended periods of time.

  • The employee must frequently push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 100 pounds.
Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in inclement weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. Employee must pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screen. Employee must also have a valid driver's license.AttendanceEmployee is expected to be on the job and on time every scheduled workday. Field Manager’s work hours can change from day to day. It is his/her responsibility to know when the workday starts and ends on each scheduled workday. If it is necessary that you will be absent or late for any reason, employee needs to call a direct manager by 7:00 am on the first and each subsequent day the employee will be absent or late.
