Assistant Pastry Chef

• Full Time work.; Daytime hours; Tuesday through Saturday
• Seeking experienced pastry chef for busy cake and desserts bakery.
• We make and bake from recipes.
• Pastry experience must include working knowledge of correct mixing of batters for cakes and recipes for desserts; icing, fillings, cheesecake, puddings, pies, ganache, cookies, etc.
• Organization and inventory; planning and ordering for consistent bakery production needed to maintain and grow with sales.
• Time management skills and eager assimilation into our way of production are essential.
