Job Description - Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy - Oversee accounting daily operations - Responsible for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue, etc - Monitor and analyze accounting data - Set up and monitor members' KPIs - Regularly produce financial reports and statements - Encourage other employees to adhere to standards - Perform and oversee annual audits - Other task as assignedJob Requirement ・Have work experience min 5 years as Accounting Manager in a Japanese manufacturing company ・Posses Bachelor degree from Accounting major ・Hold Brevet A & B ・Computer skill ・Experiend preparing budget, forecast, cashflow, financial statement ・Business English ・Willing to work in Depok
