- Assess and analyze potential risks and vulnerabilities to our computer systems and networks
- Develop and implement security policies and protocols
- Monitor and track security incidents and conduct investigations
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards
- Conduct security awareness training for employees
- Implement and maintain security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Responsible for writing and updating guidelines, concepts, processes, and detailed documentation pertaining to information and data security.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices
- Perform internal audits and assess the need for procedural adjustments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement and maintain security measures
- Conduct periodic security audits and assessments
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven experience in IT security roles
- Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices
- Experience in conducting risk assessments
- Understanding of various security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Familiarity with security regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
