- Responsible for the growth of the business across the Americas region with direct responsibility for the combined US/CA business and liaising with the independent MX M&E business to deliver the best possible outcomes in the FCM M&E global business.
- Bachelor's degree in business, business management or other related fields
- Meetings and Events experience in a senior Leadership capacity
- Public speaking experience at industry forums
- Responsibility for multiple P&Ls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the best business policies and regulations.
- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight
- Proven results as a leader
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Ability to attend global collaboration calls outside of normal business hours
