Job Description:In the Corporate Secretariat for Deutsche Bank in Switzerland, you will contribute to steering the management rhythm of the organization, driving efficient and effective entity governance, and facilitating senior decision-making. You will be working closely with the most senior executives in the Bank (Board of Directors, CEO, senior officers) to promote a high standard of corporate governance and ensuring compliance with local corporate law and DB Policies.As part of the COO Team, you will be joining a core team that works alongside senior executives to deliver impact. Our team is responsible for running the overall governance, key bank-wide projects and culture initiatives, and has an unrivaled level of exposure and access to key topics and stakeholders at the bank.In addition to your role, you will be working as part of the COO Team for Private Banking in Switzerland and will be supporting the delivery of key risk and business-related initiatives.Your key responsibilities
  • Contribute to driving the Deutsche Bank (Suisse) management rhythm through the preparation, facilitation, and record keeping of key regulatory meetings
  • Act as the Key Point of Contact for all matters relating to the Corporate Secretariat of Deutsche Bank (Suisse), including maintaining key corporate documentation and coordinating responses to corporate information enquiries from internal/ external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the annual governance effectiveness review cycles in partnership with senior executives
  • Support the COO Team on ad hoc performance improvement initiatives at the Swiss level
Your experience and skills
  • A first practical experience working in Wealth Management or within a Corporate Secretary function or equivalent, ideally in the Financial Services industry
  • Strong communication & facilitation skills including ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to work autonomously and deliver high quality outcomes in a demanding, high-paced environment
  • Solution-oriented, highly proactive and able to prioritize effectively with flexibility, dedication and a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent oral & written command of English, French or German would be a considerable asset
  • A higher education with a background in Economics/ Law
