UBS RecruitingYour teamThe Contact Center Solution teams are responsible for providing worldwide services and infrastructure which comprises a set of vendor-supplied components that enable clients to contact UBS via various media channels, including: Telephony, Chat, E-mail & Social Media. In addition, the team is also developing surrounding applications in this area.
You'll be part of the Agile Delivery Organization in Zurich. We build outstanding products by having chosen an agile mode of working with a mindset around time-boxed delivery of solutions, empowerment of interdisciplinary teams and close collaboration throughout the whole software development process. It is the location for co-located software development.

- experience in working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Flow Manager or similar relevant roles
- good understanding of the agile principles and Scrum Framework
- ability to communicate effectively within team, across teams and in larger community of practice, facilitate difficult discussions and agile ceremonies
- strong servant leadership skills. You can garner respect from individuals, puts their needs first, and with a strong attitude of transparency
- assertiveness, to ensure that Agile principles are adhered to while being pragmatic about practices
- knowlege about GitLab and Confluence is highly appreciated
- great problem-solving skills and a “hands on” attitude, self-organized and able to quickly learn new technologies and concepts and sharing knowledge with others
- fluent in English and able to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
