Compliance Officer

• Independently process and manage MROS cases, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of suspicious activities in compliance with Swiss AML regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the prosecutor's office, facilitating effective communication and information exchange regarding compliance issues and investigations
• Continuously monitor transaction activities to identify, investigate, and resolve potential compliance issues, with a focus on preventing illegal activities such as money laundering and financial fraud
• Conduct daily compliance assessments related to client onboarding processes, including thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence evaluations to verify and maintain the integrity of client data
• Provide expert support and guidance to stakeholders across both lines of defense, enhancing the understanding of compliance requirements and best practices within the organization

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
