- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive housekeeping standards and procedures that comply with brand guidelines and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee and lead a team of approximately 12 housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeeping supervisors, and laundry attendants.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that motivates and inspires a team of 12 to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff competency in cleaning techniques, guest service protocols, and safety procedures.
- Schedule, assign, and monitor the work of housekeeping personnel, ensuring efficient and timely completion of cleaning tasks for all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other hotel departments, including Front Office, Engineering, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to housekeeping services based on guest's needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and work performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the housekeeping industry and implement best practices.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating large housekeeping teams (ideally 10+ members).
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and guest service protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Strong budget management skills and a focus on cost control.
- Proficiency in relevant housekeeping management software (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (highly desirable).
- KWD 800 up to KWD 1,000 (USD 2,600 USD 3,255).
