- Design and develops business intelligence dashboards, analytic reports and data visualizations using MS Power BI, as well as other reporting tools (as needed)- Ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards through quality assurance- Work in conjunction with business analysts and other users acting as a liaison between technical and business departments in developing data feeds for dashboards and other BI related solutions- Proactively identify areas in which business intelligence efforts can add business value in collaboration with business- Lead interactions with data owners and business users to understand BI needs and establish commitments to the businessRequirements- 8+ years design and development of BI dashboards and analytic reporting using Power BI- 6+ years analytics and relational database experience within banking- Computer Science or equivalent education and experience- Strong experience in working with large datasets, relational databases (SQL), and distributed systems (Hadoop, Hive)- Experience in visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView / Qlik Sense etc.)- Experience in dimensional data modeling- Ability to handle multiple projects- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
