Ideal candidates will be responsible and well-trained professionals that are able to give the best nursing care with little supervision.Registered Nurse / RN Overview:
Oversee the coordination and plan of residents’ care, ensuring care practices have each resident’s best interests in mind
Complete clinical assessments of residents’ health status and document appropriately
Monitor the status of chronic illnesses and manage the administration of medications
Coordinate with external health care providers and internal team members
Interact with residents’ families and loved ones, reporting changes in their health or care plan
Registered Nurse / RN Qualifications:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse / RN in the state of Minnesota
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software
Prior nursing experience in a SNF, AL, TCU, or Home Health setting is ideal
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Excellent at planning, organizing, and communicating
