In this role you will be responsible for managing programs within Merchant Integrations.Meet the teamThe Merchant Integrations team is responsible for enabling merchants via APIs & SDKs to offer various payment choices to their buyers at checkout. We design products keeping in mind the needs of merchants and their developers and offer the best and simplest integration possible.Job Description:Your Way to ImpactYou will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business owners to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy aligned with the goals of the Merchant Integrations team.Your Day to DayIn this role you will,Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordinglyDevelop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholdersPartner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phasesDefine and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverablesManage the program-level decomposition of work across multiple delivery teams and also internally within the Merchant Integration team.Work across organizational boundaries to define program interdependencies and release plansDrive resolution of program-level issues leveraging scrum-of-scrums as neededFacilitate executive-level escalations and program-level change managementFacilitate program retrospectives to identify improvement opportunitiesWhat you need to bring:B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experienceExperience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery. API & SDK, developer facing products preferredExperience within payments industry preferredExperience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadershipCommunication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and productsOrganizational, coordination and multi-tasking experienceAnalytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systemsExperience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones**We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates.
