Are you a passionate attorney with a strong desire to fight for justice on behalf of injured individuals? Do you possess exceptional legal skills, a deep understanding of personal injury law, and a proven track record of successfully representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s team as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Partner.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and evaluate the merit of potential claims.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire litigation process.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents necessary for court proceedings.
  • Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with changes in personal injury law and legal precedents to effectively advocate for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, experts, and other relevant parties.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience practicing plaintiff personal injury law.
  • Proven track record of successfully litigating and negotiating personal injury cases.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal injury law, including statutes, regulations, and case precedents.
  • Trial experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards clients and their families.
