- Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse Program required.
- Associate degree in nursing preferred.
- Three years of healthcare experience.
- One year of quality management experience preferred.
- CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred.
