Michael Page has partnered with a family-owned Masonry firm that has been in business for over 40 years and looking for an Assistant Project Manager. They offer general masonry, waterproofing, restoration, renovations for some of the most reputable GCs in Massachusetts. Please apply.The Masonry APM will be responsible for:
  • Reporting directly to the Senior Project Managers and CEO
  • Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
  • Generating RFI's, Submittals, Change orders and schedules for all on site activity
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
  • Attend meetings and contribute to presentations

  • 1-4 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in masonry, waterproofing, General Contracting, or a comparable trade.
  • An experienced APM that can jump in and do the job right away
  • Ground-up experience in one of their disciplines

  • A base salary up to $90K depending on experience
  • 401k + 5% match
