● YEAR'S EXPERIENCE:--- 5 years experience in a relevant discipline, including but not limited to law, law enforcement, criminal defense, intelligence analysis, psychology, social work, mental health related disciplines, anthropology, sociology, journalism, or human rights.--- At least 3 years of experience working with criminal defense, civil rights, immigration, or human rights attorneys on behalf of individual clients.● SKILLS & ABILITIES:Experience with conducting interviewsKnowledge of the investigative process, rules of evidence, and familiarity with reviewing legal case materialsAbility to manage multiple, simultaneous task requirements within a fast-paced environmentExceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups in a demanding environmentAbility to work independently● LOCATION: Onsite in Arlington, VA. ● EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Criminal Justice, Administration of Justice, Legal Studies, National Security, Intelligence, Paralegal Studies)
