- Responsible for the overall vision of digital products, e.g., Digital touch points, CRM, WeChat,Mini Program, customer data platform and marketing automation.
- Accountable for the delivering of digital products and application within time scheduled and the approved budget.
- Collaborate with business units to understand the digital products that meet the business needs.
- Collect, analyze, and define the requirements for digital products and define customer journey.
- Establish project schedules, define product roadmaps coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders determine priorities.
- Perform technical and functional review and analysis, to prepare documentations for the products.
- Work closely with development team / vendor to ensure the delivery of quality products.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science with a specialization in software engineering, application development, or similar.
- At least 10 years of full-time work experience in Information Technology including at least 6 years in product area, preferably in a related industry.
- At least 5 years Agile product management, and development experience.
- Experience of cloud-native development including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
- Understand of DevSecOps collaboration and ecosystem.
- Hands-on stakeholder management experience, superb leadership, and interpersonal skills.
