- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and systems administration tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records within our ticketing system.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- Office support as well as some remote site or plant floor support
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Moderate understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts including troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as contribute team efforts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution experience.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Background or understanding of manufacturing a plus.
