National Account Sales Manager (Remote)

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for national accounts in the HVAC & Plumbing industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitive landscape
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand our product and service offerings
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute effective sales and promotional campaigns
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity and performance against targets
- Attend industry events and trade shows to stay current on industry trends and network with potential customers
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the HVAC & Plumbing industry, with a proven track record of success in national accounts sales
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to reach and exceed forecasted goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage key admin/reporting platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with different groups/individuals
- Skill in public speaking and presenting information to large groups
