- Support the entirety of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates to support Recruiting Business Partners.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, will consider tangible experience.
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems such as UKG, or other competitive system.
- Proficient with standard applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
