Position Summary: The Slot Attendant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the administration and daily operations of the Slot Technicians in addition to the preparation and operation of the slot machines. The Slot Attendant Supervisor must have excellent guest service skills. The Slot Attendant Supervisor will perform all duties within the guidelines of Iowa Gaming policies and procedures, Internal Standard Operating Procedures and company objectives.
