Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, appointments, and office supplies.
- Receiving/shipping laptops to employees.
- Coordinating office maintenance and repairs, as well as ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Coordinating employee training and development opportunities.
- Supporting HR with employee relations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Acting as a liaison between different departments, employees, and external parties.
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, such as phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Overseeing office technology and equipment, including computers, printers, and other office machinery.
- Coordinating with IT support for technical issues and upgrades.
- Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Managing logistics such as room reservations, catering, and equipment setup.
- Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers for better deals and services.
- Ensuring a safe work environment by implementing safety protocols and addressing any safety concerns.
- Coordinating with security personnel and maintaining access control measures.
- Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of office-related projects.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion.
