- Complaint management
- Analyze customer factory (0km) and field failures, determine root causes
- Initiate and follow up on quality assurance/improvement actions with responsible departments
- Prepare required reports and documentation (external and internal)
- Customer Interface
- Participate in customer as well as escalation meetings, lead Q meeting (Field, Q-risk)
- Supporting customers during ZF visits
- PPAP
- Supervision of the initial sample inspection for the finished product
- Decision in case of 0km & Warranty invoices
- Change Management
- Process change requests incl. process changes for submission to customer with subsequent approval decision
- Leadership
- 2-3 white collars & 4 blue collars (Product Audit technician)
- BSC degree in engineering, quality or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position in automotive or similar industry
- Fluent in English
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willing and flexible to accept new challenges
- German language knowledge is an advantage
