- Day-to-day review and management of assets to be used within all web and app-based content management systems (CMS) for all owned properties across all Monster Energy Company brands and including but not limited to websites, apps, and other mediums.
- Participate in project for all digital strategic initiatives in coordination with the Digital Marketing and Media teams such as web/app updates and more.
- Manage with content and project calendars including key milestones, live content and program maintenance and all related communications.
- Participate and provide recommendation in the implementation of SEO strategies with cross-functional teams to optimize search performance for the brand and the entire product portfolio.
- Responsible for A/B testing and identification of new or optimal user experiences.
- Develop insights and recommendations from available data inputs and analytics tools intended to improve web and media performance and meet brand goals.
- Analyze competitor and industry trends and provide formal POV and recommendations on how Monster can adopt best practices and remain a leader in our category
- Be an idea generator/thought leader on how to increase acquisition rates through non-traditional and/or innovative execution.
- Communicating with cross-functional Marketing teams, primarily the Brand, International and Customer Marketing teams to regularly discuss goals and deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing-related fields such as Communications, Media Studies, Marketing and Advertising, Business or other.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on digital marketing, web and apps, and project management.
- Strong passion for digital marketing, with emphasis on content planning, management, and analytics.
- Basic technical expertise in managing web and app properties.
- Working knowledge of digital media including social media platforms, content, and consumer engagement trends.
- A strategic thinker, practitioner, and excellent collaborator with experience building and leading analytics and managing agile workflows, including experience working with teams to successfully implement recommendations to drive business growth.
- Ability to think creatively, critically, to clearly present ideas.
- Ability to work well and communicate within a team as well as externally.

- Experience with HTML/CSS a plus.
