Position: Strategic Customer Service Manager
Location: Lachine, QC (on site)
Salary: Up to $110K + benefitsOur client, a leading retail brand in Lachine, who strives to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships with their valued clients is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their dynamic team. This role requires a combination of leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer service experience
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and drive resolution
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track customer service success
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service operations
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and preferencesRequirements:- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bilingualism to communicate with customers across Canada
