Job DescriptionCompanyOur client is a reputable company in the IT Digital industry. In order to support the company's expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as Admin Specialist.Responsibility:
  • Continuously update and manage employee information and paperwork to maintain accuracy and adhere to regulations.
  • Assisting with data entry and record-keeping.
  • Drafting and editing documents, such as correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Address employee inquires promptly.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and programs aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource
  • Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in HR administrative roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, particularly in managing manual input task.
  • Self-driven individuals with the ability to take initiate to clarify issues and provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of the latest HR trends and practices
  • Previous experience with Google workspace and Microsoft office.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HRIS or hands-on experience with HRIS System.
