- Continuously update and manage employee information and paperwork to maintain accuracy and adhere to regulations.
- Assisting with data entry and record-keeping.
- Drafting and editing documents, such as correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Address employee inquires promptly.
- Assist in organizing internal events and programs aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource
- Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in HR administrative roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, particularly in managing manual input task.
- Self-driven individuals with the ability to take initiate to clarify issues and provide solutions.
- Knowledge of the latest HR trends and practices
- Previous experience with Google workspace and Microsoft office.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HRIS or hands-on experience with HRIS System.
