- Conduct use testing and gather feedback for website improvements.
- Implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Research and implement new technologies to enhance website functionality.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree
- 3 to 5 years previous experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with a financial institution background.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and
- Must have strong knowledge of web analytics tools like Google
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords
- Familiarity with web design and
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and emerging social
- High School Diploma/ GED
- 5+ years experience as a website specialist
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Can manage multiple projects at one time.
- Enjoys analyzing data and making changes based off that.
- Attention to detail to maintain integrity of the website.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Speak, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish a plus.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and detail oriented skills.
