We're now looking for someone special to join our IT department in IPF Bagsværd, maybe this is the right place for you!We are looking for an IT Project Manager to partner with our team in IPF Bagsværd, who are the liaison and key point between the IT organisation, Digital, Data & IT, and the production unit.What we're looking for is someone to be responsible for IT projects with the focus of new, scalable, and sustainable technologies for the production unit. Our aim is to be at forefront of technology within pharmaceutical manufacturing technology, and to drive automatization and digitalisation of the Novo Nordisk manufacturing value chain. For this we need the brightest and most innovative minds!As an IT Project Manager, you will navigate in a big stakeholder landscape. On top of that you will oversee the project team's leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching.Your role will include navigating between traditional waterfall project methods and the Scaled Agile Framework.We value diversity in our team, this means that many of our partners bring a competency spike from other functions or experiences, so we really want to know what yours is, but also how that can build the team further.To give you a better idea, here are some tasks you will perform as an IT Project Manager:
- Driving projects through initiation, analysis, execution, and implementation into our operations
- Develop project plans and manage project budget and cost
- Ensure strategic alignment with stakeholders
- Establish and maintain the project portfolio
- And last but not least, and most important is that you have a passion for the field, you are willing to expand your knowledge, and that you enjoy the responsibilities that come along with such a role
- You have completed a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred with hands-on experience in a similar role
- You have competencies from 1-5 years
- You have strong analytical, technical, and business skills
- Flair to developing relationships and working with multiple stakeholders on high-profile, cross-functional, and multinational initiatives
- You have experience with IT projects, preferably within pharma or another regulated industry
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, like to share your knowledge and collaborate effectively
- You have proficient oral and written communications skills in English
