Lead Category Manager - Indirect

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for indirect subcategories, focusing on productivity, service, quality, and innovation.
• Drive annual productivity improvements, aiming for $6M+ Year over Year on a $100M+ spend category.
• Manage supplier selection and negotiations.
• Track performance and budgetary impact within spending categories.
• Monitor strategy implementation and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement top-tier category strategies.
• Foster value through effective supplier relationship management.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external policies, regulations, and laws.
• Co-lead monthly performance reviews of managed services vendors.
• Travel required: 20% of the time.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's in supply chain preferred.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience for Indirect Spend Categories (MRO, Facilities, Utilities, CAPEX), with industry expertise.
• Balanced skill set covering global sourcing, stakeholder and supplier management, and commodity risk management.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, plus advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
• Global mindset with experience in international environments, including market analysis and financial risk management.
• Strong negotiation skills, with experience in complex agreements.
• Proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.
