We are the team leading the way in LAC to make financial inclusion a reality.What to expectAs a relationship manager, you will report directly to the Regional Director of the Southern Cone and Andean region and be a part of the Latin America and the Caribbean region. You'll be accountable for the management and relationships with Financial Institutions, Corporates, Market Infrastructures and the securities segments for Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru.
  • You will be responsible to maintain and create relationships with all accounts within your countries and help the region make Key Performance Indicators.
  • You will interact with Financial Institutions, Securities Firms, Corporates, Regulators and Market Infrastructures while managing the day to day and overall success of the region.
  • You'll interact with the c-suite of the different institutions in your region and understand how Swift is an integral part to the financial fabric.
  • Help the customer navigate and understand our solutions and work in different sectors like compliance and innovation
  • Learn to become a leader while being a part of an exclusive team.
What will make you successful?We are seeking professionals with:
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the financial sector.
  • Must be bi-lingual English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as active listening skills.
Preferred qualifications:
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office 365, including PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
