We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate cleanings and showings for houses and keep track of the sales activity in the database.   • Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
  • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
  • Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold
  • Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell
  • Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
  • College experience preferred but not required to apply
  • Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one
  • Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
  • Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel
  • Has knowledge of the MLS and real estate-related software
  • Is proficient in Mac Operating System and G-Suite
  • Meets deadlines and exceeds client’s expectations
  • Has the ability to handle last-minute tasks
  • Exudes a service-based attitude with a proven ability to succeed
  • Is willing to embrace the amazing culture and proven models
  • Is a team player that thrives working with a tight-knit team
  • Has a keen understanding of the Local Market & Current Market Trends
  • Has the ability to follow a checklist and loves it
  • Clear understanding of TMO, CMA, Net Sheet, Seller info sheet
  • Assertive, outgoing, organized, ambitious, productive
  • Confident, result-oriented, accountable, and goal driven
  • Strong selling, presenting, and negotiating skills
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
