- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and applying best practices in branding, marketing, and visual storytelling.
- Proven Leadership: A track record of effectively leading a creative team within a dynamic environment, ensuring that all team members are inspired and aligned with the project visions and company goals.
- Relevant Experience: Extensive experience in creative direction, preferably within the fashion or jewelry industry, with a deep understanding of visual and digital media production.
- Creative Vision: Exceptional ability to conceptualize and articulate creative ideas that align with the brand's aesthetic and market positioning.
- Strategic Mindset: Strategic thinking skills to plan and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using major design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with video production tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing trends and environments while maintaining high standards of work and creativity.
