Microsoft Power Platform Senior Developer - Administrator

• This Information Technology Consulting Managing Consultant will be a valued member of the client's Business Support Services Team. This position is expected to work independently and collaboratively with the client, team members, and other vendors, providing SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, MSO365 & MSO365 Copilot expertise and creativity. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in definition, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of Power Automation workflows, custom SPO Forms based Power Apps, canvas based Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint data lists and libraries, enterprise metadata, custom SharePoint navigation, specialized alerts and notifications, client communications, requirements gathering and documentation, This position will provide a wide range of operational, developmental, and technical support for multiple client business units. They are expected to provide valuable business analysis services, best practice recommendations and subject matter expertise through consultation and collaboration with the client, team members, and other client vendors. This Information Technology Consulting Managing Consultant will integrate seamlessly with the client teams to ensure that business needs are met in a timely manner through managing and driving change using best practices, knowledge, and experience.

• Develop, customize, and administer Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design, develop, test, implement and maintain new applications and workflows to improve business processes and productivity
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
• Document system configurations, Power Platform architectures, Power Apps designs, Power Automate workflows, procedures, and user guides
• Working with users of Power Platform solutions to troubleshoot, educate and enhance their use and understanding
• Other duties as assigned

• MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years' experience interacting with vendors and third parties effectively to meet commitments and milestones
• Minimum of 10 years' experience developing custom solutions interacting with vendors and third parties effectively to meet commitments and milestones
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in SharePoint views, classification, and metadata management
• Minimum of 10 years' experience using MS SharePoint and MSO365 including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Minimum of 6 years' testing experience with SharePoint workflows, views, metadata terms and term sets, and custom navigation
• Minimum of 4 years' experience interpreting complex Boolean rules controlling sorting, filtering, grouping, and targeting document presentation and access
• 3-5 years of experience with custom connectors and APIs
• 3-5 years of experience with UX/UI design principles
• 3-5 years of experience working in a collaborative atmosphere, focused on Team interactions and accomplishments
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
• 2-3 years of experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• 2-3 years of experience leveraging Azure services and integration of Power Platform with other Microsoft products

• Understanding of data structures, relationships, and database management, including experience with data modeling and data visualization
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements
• Working Knowledge with SharePoint and Dynamics 365
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, easily distinguishing agile methodologies from waterfall methodologies
• Experience working in an agile environment
