(What you will do)
- Process and manage ITSM incidents and changes
- Act as the point of contact for help desk and local engineers for end user devices.
- Determine life-cycle strategy for end user devices.
- Manage toolset to centrally manage and support end user devices.
- Specify hardware to meet specific needs of production applications such as Avid and Adobe Creative Cloud in conjunction with the engineering team.
- Provide support for MS Teams telephony and conference room systems.
- Assist systems infrastructure team with management and support of core systems.
- Manage support and replacement budgets for laptops, mobile devices, and telephony and conference systems.
(What to bring)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a technology management role.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to mixed audiences.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of modern IT infrastructure components including servers and virtualization, storage, networks, and software. Solid understanding of how those components integrate and interact.
- Experience using Microsoft Endpoint Management systems including Intune, Windows AutoPilot, Windows Update for Business, etc.
- Experience managing O365 environments.
- Experience supporting MacOS and iOS devices.
- Experience working in a television broadcast or media production facility.
- M365 and AD (Azure and on-prem) management.
- ServiceNow ITSM experience.
- JAMF management of MacOS and iOS devices.
- VMWare ESXi management.
