- Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscriptions, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
- Fluency in Italian C2 Level + English B2 Level (mandatory)
- Previous experience in customer Support (preferable)
- Have EU citizenship, a Portuguese residence card or a Manifestation of interest issued by SEF (mandatory)
- High school diploma -minimum (mandatory)
- Good mediation skills
- An assertive person with good interpersonal skills, both written and on the phone
- Ability to adapt, contribute and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast-paced early-stage company environment.

- Schedule: Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 21:00 (8h per day rotational)
- Days Off: 2 Days Rotational (40h/week; 8h/day; 5 days/week)
- Reimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of the Contract up to 400€
- Apartment room with rent of 280€ (discounted directly from the payslip)
