The Project Manager will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the management and sign-off of customer requirements and delivery deadlines, effective communication with key customer stakeholders and internal management, the project management of internal and external project resources, and managing the project budget.In return, you will receive a competitive salary package, incredible health and financial wellbeing benefits, including dental, vision, & prescriptionWhat you will doEnsure the project and associated case are scoped, initiated, and approved according to the required procedures.Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate breakthrough definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptionsEnsure the project is resourced appropriatelyAnalyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or bring up as appropriateEnsure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting are providedEnsure requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are documented and trackedChairing appropriate governance meetings and ensuring outputs and artifacts are produced and distributedApply the relevant governance bodies/steering committees for the purpose they are establishedEnsure project customer awareness, engagement, and communicationEnsure the project ends according to the agreed financial plan.Lead project team members consistent with our management principlesEnsure the project closes according to the required procedures including post-implementation reviewsWhat We ExpectBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is requiredProficient in both PMI and Agile methodologies: CSM and PMP are required10-12 years of relevant experience working in the Capital market is requiredExperience in sharepoint, Project Plan/Publisher, MS Project, Excel, and powerpointExperience in working with JIRA/Confluence preferredDemonstrate experience in governing or supporting projects to successful conclusionsExperience in the refinement, deployment, and general usage of standard governance methodsExperience in developing, analyzing, and tracking financial casesProven ability to assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively and accurately
- Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project partners. And team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
