Project Manager Senior - Global Force Management

• Supports the development and implementation of strategic goals and objectives that support the Operational needs. Monitors and reports on progress against plans
• Assists in the development of short-term, mid-term, and long-term technical goals and objectives for aforementioned internal and external stakeholdersAssists in developing processes and policies to perform process improvement across all functional areas
• Identifies trends, patterns, and relationships in the data to provide technical and operational answers to questions posed by stakeholders
• Provide critical analysis on Policy initiatives and guide implementation actions
• Develops, communicates, and responds to requests for information and data calls. Develops questions and data requests for plans, reports, and monitoring activities. Documents data calls and consultations with key personnel
• Conducts market research both informally and formally through attending events and the Request for Information (RFI) process.
• Analyzes operational and functional requirements to provide critical analysis by translating technical requirements into operational and programmatic outcomes
• Performs planning, strategy, organizing, and market research in support of procurement of goods or services including the creation of acquisition packages
• Monitors the progress of all actions that support project accomplishment and provide all stakeholders with accurate status of all ongoing initiatives
• Formulate appropriate risk management strategies including recommendations for researched and applicable strategies suited for the associated project(s) under consideration
• Assists with gathering information, creating spreadsheets and tracking data for the entire lifecycle of J3 programs.
• Assists with completing meeting minutes and assists J3 team with creating and updating the required with documentation for the program
• Assists with providing other services as needed by the PM/client to include: product quality assurance, tailored writing, technical editing, administrative support and research

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both professional and technical capabilities have been demonstrated.
