- 5+ years of hands-on work with large organization websites and CMS.
- Experience managing information architecture for large websites with extensive content.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JSON desired.
- Lead website strategy roadmap, content migration projects, and performance optimization.
- Work with the Director, Digital Marketing Strategy to shape the marketing technology strategy.
- Triage client requests (ServiceNow), respond to questions, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Create new websites and pages using CMS and design system templates (no coding). Act as project manager for SEO, accessibility, and related website updates.
- Train new users and “power users” to edit their own website content (no coding).
- Own design system governance and documentation.
- Manage CMS platform documentation, account settings and user account permissions.
- Create and manage content models within the CMS to make content editing intuitive.
- Guide IT in implementation of various technology integrations and CMS roadmap.
- Paid Time Off: 3-4 weeks of accrued vacation time per year (3 weeks for support staff and 4 weeks for administrative/professional staff), 12 accrued sick days per year, 12.5 holidays plus a Winter Recess in December/January, 3 personal days per year (prorated based on date of hire), and up to 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents who are primary care givers.
