Lead - Environment & Sustainability

• Develop and implement environmental sustainability strategies and initiatives for the airport
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
• Lead environmental impact assessments and develop plans to minimize negative effects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations
• Provide training and guidance to employees on sustainable practices and environmental compliance
• Monitor and report on the environmental performance of the airport
• Stay updated on environmental legislation and best practices to ensure the airport remains compliant and ahead of industry standards
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
• Engage with stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives and foster positive community relations
• Lead and mentor a team of sustainability professionals
• Liaising with all stakeholders for ESG & Environmental promotional activities.

• 4-8 years of experience in environmental sustainability, preferably in the Airports industry
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing environmental sustainability programs
• Proven track record of ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
• Experience in leading a team and driving sustainable practices within an organization

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Management or Sustainability (preferred)

• Certification in Environmental Management or related field
• LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification (preferred)
