- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Company;
- Analysing data and identifying room for improvement;
- Productively leading and motivating the subordinates to ensure all departmental service levels and objectives are achieved;
- Coaching the subordinates and formulating individual training as well as development plans;
- Liaising with the respective Leader and HR on the recruitment requirements, assisting in conducting interviews and conducting formal performance appraisals;
- The investigation of potential disciplinary situations or customer complaints;
- Reporting any issues and updating the General Manager;
- Overseeing and managing OHS risks to provide a secure environment;
- Ensuring all role profiles within Operations include adherence to all relevant Company regulatory and compliance requirements; and,
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Similar management experience within a fast-paced service environment;
- Proven working knowledge of call centre procedures would be an advantage;
- Good numerical skills and computer literate; and,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
