Finance AdministratorJOIN OUR TEAM!The Finance Administrator will join an established and successful finance team, being responsible for the management of suppliers and ensuring our Accounts Payable database is always up to date.About the roleThe ideal candidate will have previous experience within the construction industry, both in Ireland and the UK, however, training will be given to someone who is willing to learn and want a challenge. if you are keen to learn new skills or have already gained the knowledge of accounts payable then send your CV now.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUsing our inhouse, bespoke software alongside SageIn depth review of costs ensuring the company purchasing policy is adhered toWorking to monthly deadlinesAssistance with the preparation of internal management reportsAssist in the analysis of costs and preparation of reportsProcessing a high-volume of invoicesCommunication with our suppliers and internal management, to resolve queriesIssuing Purchase OrdersAny other duties that may be requiredATTRIBUTES/SKILLSAttention to Detail - diligent in their work, thoroughly checking for errorAdaptability - personal willingness and ability to work in, and adapt to changeOrganization - effective management, organization, and prioritization of workloadProactive - works effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance, using initiative while asking questions where necessaryCommunication - clearly conveying, receiving and reporting on information to meet the needs required of the jobTeam Player - works as a competent member of the team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goalsTechnical Skills - ability to accurately and thoroughly utilize Microsoft Excel, as well as bespoke office technology and to demonstrate practical knowledge of information management, e-mail management and privacy protection issuesAbout the companyWe aim to establish lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust through exceptional performance by every member of our team.   • 2 years' experience within a fast-paced finance department
