- Lead and mentor product design teams, providing guidance on best practices, design processes, and project management.
- Manage and maintain atomic design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, design driven business solutions
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into UX specifications
- Being able to provide guidance and support in RFPs and RFIs
- Lead the end to end design while effectively communicating design ideas, concepts and validate final designs.
- Build relationship with clients to not to deliver targeted solutions but also to further expand the scope of work
- Lead and oversight the production of requirements, guidelines and design outputs.
- Plan, monitor and analyze KPIs to inform design decisions and iterate on designs as necessary.
- Be responsible for the final UX quality.
- Have minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both exceptional design skills (including user research and visual design) as well as experience in working in different sectors with multi-national corporations.
- Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience on Digital Transformation Programs
- Experience in UX Stakeholders Management
- An expert knowledge of design tools like Figma and tokenized atomic design systems
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- A growth mindset for both internal projects as well as client development.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience working in consultancy.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Italian and English professional fluency
