- Completion, coordination, and production of completion of informal proposals, responses to complex RFPs, and sales presentations for ancillary and health & wellness products for the Education Practice.
- Keep proposal response library up to date in the RFP management system
- Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, account analysis, new product information, benchmarking, competitor research, and miscellaneous projects, as needed
- Coordinate and deliver upon all facets of conference exhibits, conference collateral, sponsorships, and client events Support in keeping all sales collateral up to date, making minor updates in InDesign as needed
- Support on website management, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives for supported products
- Support in implementation of sales & marketing campaigns to promote various products and services, including print campaigns and email blasts using online marketing tools
- Cross training and backup for other departmental functions Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies Maintain complete confidentiality of company business
- Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- 1+ year of digital marketing experience
- 1+ year of proposal experience
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using RFP management, SEO, email marketing, and Adobe Suite preferred
