4 Corner is presently looking for a Senior Software Engineer with an exceptional background in Java and Springboot development. This exciting W2 contract-to-hire opening offers a remote schedule and opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Please note you are required to be within 60-miles of the Orlando, FL area.This role is not compatible with C2C or sponsorships.Competencies:
  • Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies
  • Expertise in relational databases and database design
  • Experience with asynchronous messaging and publish/subscribe architectures
  • Familiarity with cloud computing principles
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with Java or object-oriented programming languages
  • 10+ years of experience with SQL
  • 10+ years of experience with HTML/JavaScript
Computer/Equipment Skills:
  • Proficient in JAVA, Spring Boot, AWS services (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQS, SNS, S3)
  • Knowledgeable in version control systems (e.g., git)
  • Experience with development tools like IntelliJ, Teamcity, and JIRA
Additional Notes:
  • 6-month contract-to-hire
  • Fully remote schedule
