- Act as a Technical Lead for Tamper film Projects
- Delegating tasks
- Act as a Mentor for junior engineers
- Comfortable working in cross functional teams and Global teams.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience determining project requirements.
- Liaising with team members
- Experienced skills with CAD software including AutoCAD, CREO, Inventor, SolidWorks, Windchill/PDMLink.
- Design to Cost engineering.
- Design for Manufacturing
- Design and supervise builds of process fixturing to be utilized by the manufacturing team.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and product specifications.
- Support the product development process.
- Supervise and troubleshoot engineering sample builds.
- Support product validation and verification testing
- Computer skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- BS degree from ABET accredited institution.
- 5 plus years' experience in Design & Manufacturing
- Automation design and controls / Vision system experience
- SPC / Six Sigma experience
- DFM/A experience
- Screen printing knowledge
- Manual assembly knowledge
- Piezo film experience required
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $84,640 - $126,960 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
