Tax Advisor (Practice)Armont Recruitment have partnered with a newly established boutique tax firm with offices in Dublin and Mayo who are seeking to strengthen their growing tax team with this newly created opportunity.They are seeking a qualified tax professional to develop their career at a time of growth, presenting them with clear runway to progress.The successful candidate will be a qualified tax accountant (circa 0 - 4 years' PQE) with Big 4 experience who are interested in developing a strong career as a Tax Advisor. You will have a desires to have full exposure to tax advisory work and engagement with clients.The Role

You will be providing Irish tax advice on business sales & success.
Liaise with clients directly to provide top quality corporate advice.
Advising business owners on any tax related queries that may arise.
Working with startups to create structure for their business.
Opportunity to work with exceptional nationwide clients - inspiring business owners, ambitious companies and lots of new referrals.
Assisting with the training and development of trainee and part qualified tax professionals.
There will be no compliance within this role as clients will use their existing accountants for these services.

The Candidate

Qualified tax professional (CTA/ITI) with experience within Big 4 firm.
Strong academic record/analytical skills, demonstration of academic excellence.
Curiosity and desire to solve problems for clients.
Extrovert and enjoy people - this is not a sales role but there will be a lot more client engagement than within large accountancy firms.
Highly client focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations.
A positive and professional manner, with strong communication skills essential.
