The Security Technology team supports the ASML’s 1st and 2nd line Security Risk Management with state-of-the-art detection & protection tooling. They also enable development and implementation of (new) technologies in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.The Security Technology Operations group within the team is focused on the operations, management and maintenance of the systems and applications to support the Security team. As Lead Security Technology Operations you will support the ASML’s 1st and 2nd line Security Risk Management with state-of-the-art detection & protection tooling, focusing on operations and maintenance of the Security services.Role and responsibilitiesIn this position, you are responsible for driving the team to deliver on the quality/performance of the team. You ensure efficient structures and processes with business stakeholders, IT and Service Providers to achieve operational excellence while assuring the availability, performance and security of the services, meeting the SLAs and KPIs defined.The team is focused on the operations and maintenance of the Security services including systems and applications to support the Security services of RBA (Risk and Business Assurance). In addition, you will drive for continuous improvement of the performance of the Security Technology Operations.You will ensure lessons learned are translated into issue & action plans and are handed over to Security Problem management for structural remediation assurance. The team also enables development and implementation of (new) technologies in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.As a team lead, you will manage a team based in Veldhoven along with resources through an offshore partner abroad. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:Responsible for un-interrupted operations of all RBA Security services including tools and applications which are delivered to the stakeholders.Build strong relationship network and manage stakeholders across Security and IT.Defining and managing service levels targets and ensuring services are delivered and improved in line with agreed targets and expectations.Provide an escalation and arbitration level for service issues and service integration issues for the services in scope.Provide insight on the overall performance of the service delivered.Ensure E-2-E service management by Service Providers.Usage management for the services’ delivered.Align and partner with the Agile Release Trains (ARTs).Education and experienceHaving a strong team focus and collaboration mindset, you will work with all Security Technology team-members, peers and stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted Security operations and increase the resiliency of the entire organization against a range of security risks. In this role, it is also crucial that you are a natural networker and have excellent stakeholder management skills.Ideally, you will bring these competences and skills to the table:Academic working and thinking level, a Master degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.Strong stakeholder management and build solid relationships of trust at different levels.5+ years experience in a leading and managing an Operations team preferably with offshore presence.Background in IT and engineering.Strong focus on team development & coaching.Decisive personality, taking responsibility.Other informationCISM, CISSP certificate is preferred.
