This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in plumbing and are eager to learn through practical experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial settings.
- Follow blueprints and building codes under the guidance of a master plumber.
- Inspect plumbing systems and conduct diagnostics to identify issues.
- Learn and apply safety standards and regulations related to commercial plumbing.
- Assist with the preparation of cost estimates for clients.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial plumbing.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in plumbing is preferred.
- Physically capable of performing the demands of the trade, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
